I received a call from a person claiming to be from Singtel. He said that he wanted to help me stop other people from missing my internet connection. i do not have any singtel internet connection. when I questioned him about this, he said "singtel is the mother of all internet connections in Singapore and they are helping everyone".

He wanted me to open my computer and run some commands to prove that other people were missing my internet connection. i asked him for his employee ID. He confidently said it was dm74962. he also mentioned my case number as 23992. He also mentioned that the office address was 31 exiter road singapore :).

I did not run any commands on the computer and disconnected the call.
