I usually receive robocalls  but this morning I spoke to a person who claimed to be from  call from a Chinese lady claiming she's from DB. She shared that she has a document for me and requested that I go visit someplace to collect it.

I am concerned as she VERIFIED my full name WHEN I ANSWERED THE CALL.
