Scammer claimed to be from "MOH"

Impersonation Scam
The caller claims to be from MOH, speaking in fluent mandarin, spoken about I have covid 19 vaccine claimed from guangzhou renmin hospital and the vaccines are to be arranged to be sent to singapore.
As the vaccines are under restricted items, there is issue with customs clearining.
This happened on 1st May, labour day and a public holiday.
the scammer sensing i have difficulty in understanding his explanation mentioned he could refer me to his superior who can explain again to me.
They kept asking me to verify my phone and postal code address and even asked if i knew where they are call from.
told them off as scam organisation trying scam me and the caller immediately hung up on me.
