We received Whatsapp message from victim on 29 june 2019. our office was closed on that day. she asked if we have a staff named Eddy Koh and she has paid the secure fee $3820 in total to release the loan of 20k. she then went on to check if www.flexi-xtr?.com is our website and shared our logo and address appearing on this website as well as on the loan contract she received.

we were shocked and told her she had been scammed. we advised her to report police immediately. we also went to report police on someone impersonating our company.
